About Honey & Olive

Hi there! I’m Faith Carter, the Owner of Honey & Olive, and I’m so excited you’re here. I’m a wife to my incredible husband, Jordan, and a mama to two little ones—Summit (6) and Shiloh (1). By day, I serve my church, helping manage all the behind-the-scenes details, and by night, I’m in the kitchen doing what truly lights me up—creating beautiful charcuterie boards and grazing tables that bring people together in the best way.

It all started pretty simply: making boards for family and friends during holidays, girls’ nights, or really any chance to gather over good food. And every time I put a board together, something lit up inside of me. I felt so much joy in that creative space, and I knew this was something I wanted to share with others. This has become my happy place, and I truly can’t believe I get to do this for others.

I’m based in North Syracuse, NY, and my mission with Honey & Olive is simple: I want to bless everyone who experiences my boards or grazing tables. My prayer is that every person who has one of my creations feels joy and an elevated atmosphere—whether it’s at a wedding, a birthday party, or just a cozy evening at home. I hope it brings people together in a way that makes those moments feel even more special.
